Fuda Intelligent Technology was founded in 1998 and is one of China's earliest professional manufacturers of portable air conditioners and dehumidifiers. The company is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Provincial Specialized & New Enterprise, and a Green Manufacturing Demonstration Enterprise.

Fuda is also a drafting unit of China's national standards for portable air conditioners and dehumidifiers, holding 187 national patents including 8 invention patents and 42 utility model patents.
